By using Sophajs Global Tech’s services, including our website, Learning Management System (LMS), courses, custom IT solutions, and referral programs, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and any future updates. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing our platform or participating in referral programs.

2. Services Offered

  • Educational Programs & LMS Courses: Access to online courses, learning materials, assessments, certifications, and interactive learning experiences.
  • Referral Program (“Refer & Earn”): Users can earn rewards by referring students, products, or services, with payouts based on program terms.
  • Custom Product & IT Solutions: Development and deployment of LMS, SMS, mobile apps, web apps, and bespoke IT solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Software & Web Development: Full-stack development, website creation, UI/UX design, and software consulting services.
  • AI Integration & Automation: AI-based solutions, machine learning applications, and workflow automation for businesses.
  • Talent Recruitment & Hiring Services: Connecting clients with qualified professionals for tech projects or custom solutions.

Specific deliverables, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities will be defined in separate agreements, proposals, or Statements of Work (SOWs).

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information.
  • Submit complete and truthful project requirements, course registrations, or referral data.
  • Comply with applicable laws and licensing agreements.
  • Appoint a responsible representative for projects or organizational accounts.

Failure to meet these obligations may delay services, affect deliverables, or invalidate referral earnings.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Fees: All fees, prices, and charges are clearly stated on the platform, proposals, or invoices.
  • Payment Methods: Users may pay via online payment gateways, card transactions, or mobile payment systems integrated on our platform.
  • Course Payments: Full payment is required to access courses or digital products.
  • Referral Rewards: Payments earned through referral programs are subject to verification.
  • Cashouts: Users may request payouts of their earned rewards. Sophajs is responsible for transferring funds accurately. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure valid payment account details.
  • Taxes: Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user unless stated otherwise.
  • Non-Payment or Disputes: Failure to pay for custom services or subscriptions may result in account suspension or service denial.

5. Refunds & Early Cancellation

  • Course Refunds: Users may request a full refund if they pay but discontinue before accessing course content. Requests must be submitted via support within 7 days of payment.
  • Access Limitations: No refunds are provided once the user has accessed course materials, videos, downloads, or participated in activities.
  • Dissatisfaction with Services: Users dissatisfied with services must report issues promptly. Sophajs will attempt to resolve disputes fairly, including partial refunds where applicable.
  • Referral Program: Rewards are non-refundable once approved and disbursed. Disputes about referral payments must be submitted within 30 days of payout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, and designs provided by Sophajs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell materials without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sophajs Global Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services, losses due to incorrect account information or delayed payment transfers, or disruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party tools, or force majeure events.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation via our support system. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by applicable Nigerian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

User data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for service delivery, payment processing, and communications.

10. Modifications to Terms

Sophajs may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the platform, email, or notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations resulting from unforeseen events, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, wars, government actions, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.
